{"id":3049,"date":"2026-10-21T07:59:59","date_gmt":"2026-10-21T07:59:59","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/urge.ces.uc.pt\/?p=3049"},"modified":"2026-10-26T15:12:00","modified_gmt":"2026-10-26T15:12:00","slug":"edital","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/urge.ces.uc.pt\/en\/edital\/","title":{"rendered":"Call for applications for a PhD research fellow"},"content":{"rendered":"<div>The Centre for Social Studies (CES), an Associated Laboratory of the University of Coimbra (Portugal), invites you to the <a href=\"https:\/\/ces.uc.pt\/op\/downloadEdital.php?id=557\">Call for applications for one (1) research scholarship for a PhD student<\/a> on a full-time basis (CES\/27\/2026-BI-URGE), as part of the FCT project \u201cURGE \u2013 Cultivating Equality: Rural Women, Food Systems and Agroecology in the Iberian Peninsula\u201d, funded by national funds and the ERDF, under reference COMPETE2030-FEDER00931800, and coordinated by Rita Calv\u00e1rio, a full-time researcher at DIN\u00c2MIA\u2019CET-Iscte and a collaborating researcher at CES.<\/div>\n<p>The URGE project examines the perspectives, agroecological practices and demands of rural women involved in family farming in Portugal, Galicia and the Basque Country.
